GEM Awards

The GEM Awards were presented by the Southern Gospel Music Association from 1982 to 1986. Some categories were split between "Professional" and "Non-Professional" for the first two years with "Non-Professional" being rebranded to a more positive "Most Promising" title starting in 1984.
