William Morgan Ramsey (August 24, 1872-March 12, 1939)

Biography

William Morgan Ramsey (aka Will M. Ramsey) was a shape-note teacher and songwriter. He served as president and owner of the Little Rock, Arkansas-based Central Music Company. He was the editor/publisher of more than thirty songbooks there. He also wrote several hundred songs.
