Jerry Martin

Jerry Martin sang tenor for Mended Wings. He then sang tenor for the Kingsmen Quartet and Carolina Boys in the late 1990s and early 2000s. His voice can be heard on the following Kingsmen/Carolina Boys recordings: The Old Time Way, Shelter, Big and Live Again; Proven Time and Time Again; I Will; Good News, and Honor the Heritage.

Following his stint with the Kingsmen/Carolina Boys, Martin joined the Dove Brothers, replacing the quartet's original tenor, John Rulapaugh, and returning to his hometown of Bladenboro, NC where he grew up with McCray and Eric Dove.

In 2011, he left the Dove Brothers and joined the Kingdom Heirs following the departure of Billy Hodges. After ten years with the Kingdom Heirs, Martin left full-time singing in 2021 to put his full attention on his vocal coaching business.
