Robert Bartlett "Bob" Brumley (December 7, 1937 - December 27, 2020)

Biography

Bob Brumley was the son of legendary songwriter Albert E Brumley and Goldie Brumley. He was born in Harrison, Arkansas, but the family relocated to Powell, Missouri less than a year later where he would live for the rest of his life. Bob and his brothers worked in the publishing company Albert E Brumley And Sons Music from the time they were children. The company published more than 40 million songbooks over the years. From 1969 to 2017, Bob promoted the Albert E. Brumley Sundown To Sunup Gospel Singing initially in Arkansas and later in Missouri and Oklahoma.
