Ron Patty Singers (1959-????)

History

This group was formed in 1959 when Ron and Carolyn Patty joined the staff of The First Church of God in Phoenix as Ministers of Music and Youth. Over time, the group evolved into the Ron Patty Singers and eventually became known as the Ron Patty Family. Ron and Carolyn Patty are the parents of Sandi Patty, who began her career as a backup singer for Bill Gaither and the Bill Gaither Trio before establishing herself as a successful soloist and songwriter.
