Martin Luther (November 10, 1483 - February 18, 1546)
Biography
Martin Luther is best known as the founder of the Lutheran Church, which touched off the Protestant Reformation of the Sixteenth Century. Luther also penned the classic hymn, A Mighty Fortress Is Our God, which can still be found in most Protestant Hymnals. Gold City and Greater Vision are but two of the artists to record this hymn.
