Dixie McKeithen (November 4, 1946-June 22, 2024)

Biography

Dixie Jane White McKeithen was a Southern Gospel vocalist, songwriter, producer, and booking agent. She performed with the Gospel Keys and the Hemphills before launching the McKeithens with her husband Tim and daughter Angelina in the late 1970s. The group traveled for the next 21 years. Dixie then worked for the Beckie Simmons Agency as a booking agent.
