Josiah Kelly Alwood (July 15, 1828 - January 13, 1909)

Biography

J.K. Alwood was born in Cadiz, Ohio. He was a minister with the United Bretheren Church. He was also a songwriter. His most famous composition is Unclouded Day, which has been recorded by many artists, both gospel and secular, throughout the years.

J. K. Alwood died in Morenci, Michigan in 1909.
